Admission Requirements for Transfer Applicants

  • Applicants with at least three transferable credits taken at another accredited college or university (other than transferable credit obtained for Advanced Placement (AP) or College in High School courses taken while in high school) are considered as transfer students.
  • Satisfactory completion of a chemistry course (high school or college) must be documented. 
  • Applicants who have completed less than 30 college credits will be evaluated on their academic performance in high school( including SAT/ACT scores) and college/university performance.

  • Applicants who have completed 30 or more college credits will be evaluated on their academic performance in college or university.
  • All transfer applicants will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Department of Nursing.

  • Nursing courses with a clinical component taken at another school are not accepted for transfer credit.
